I have a time-lapse photography program on my phone now. This is my first experiment, soya beans sprouting at 3000 times normal speed.
As you can see, several times I knocked the camera, but these are early days. I'll get the hang of it. They grow really really slowly for the first 2 minutes then shoot up, spiraling as they grow.
The occasional sparkling you see is me spraying them with water, as the camera flashes in the dark room, the water sparkles. The camera flash also makes the colours a little washed out.
